Malaysia – sabah, 19.5.2025 – I am heartbroken and deeply concerned after discovering that my pet cat was attacked by a stray or unleashed dog right in front of my house. The entire incident was caught on my home CCTV camera.

In the video, my cat was seen resting peacefully in front of the house when a medium-sized dog suddenly appeared and charged aggressively toward it. Without any provocation, the dog lunged at my cat, biting and tossing it violently before running off.

My cat sustained injuries from the attack and has since been taken to the vet for treatment. The current condition is [update: stable, under observation, or critical depending on the situation].

This incident has left my family and I in distress, and we are sharing this to:

Raise awareness among pet owners and residents in the area,

Warn others to stay cautious if a similar dog is seen roaming freely,

And ask for help in identifying the dog and, if possible, its owner.
