US, Phoenix: Phoenix 35th Avenue Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision
Phoenix, United States - May 23, 2025 05/23/2025 01:10 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision near 35th Avenue and Royal Palm Road shortly after 1:00 a.m. According to preliminary information gathered at the scene, one unidentified pedestrian was struck and hospitalized with serious injuries. Phoenix police officers established a hard closure for 35th Avenue between Royal Palm Road and El Camino Drive. Per officers at the scene, it is expected to be an extended closure with no estimate for traffic restoration. A crime scene was established around a tow truck loaded with a vehicle and a silver Toyota Camry sedan. Officers were seen conducting interviews with several individuals at the scene.
