Cat scratches owner's leg as he works out in gym
This is the amusing moment a pet cat scratched its owner's leg while he was working out at a gym.
The black and white mixed British Shorthair–Ragdoll approached its keeper, Mr Sun, during his session to greet him in Jiangsu, China.
Footage shows the furry creature leaning its body against the man's legs before extending both front paws, its claws digging into his skin on February 6.
Mr Sun's leg can be seen marked with scars from the scratches.
Mr Sun said: 'It's gotten used to greeting me by stretching and scratching my leg. I haven't trimmed its claws in a while, so they got caught in the flesh. Since it's a habit, I didn't struggle, as long as it's happy.'
Cats often scratch surfaces to mark their territory, sharpen their claws, stretch muscles, relieve stress, and seek attention from their owners.
