The chase began near Langdon and Nordhoff, where officers initiated the pursuit. The suspect drove for approximately 10 minutes before he reached Panorama City. He was seen circling the area around Woodman and Saticoy, making U-turns and driving in circles on Woodman Avenue. Authorities apprehended the man after he eventually stopped his Dodge Dakota. He was wanted for attempting to strangle his victim to death. The details regarding the timing of the initial crime remain unclear.
