Phoenix, United States - May 25, 2025 05/25/2025 12:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a shooting at the Ocotillo Apartments & Hotel, located south of Bell Road on 17th Avenue, around 3:30 a.m. According to the Phoenix Police Lieutenant at the scene, officers arrived to find three adult male gunshot victims. Two victims were extracted from the property by officers and transported via patrol vehicles to the nearby QuikTrip, where fire crews were staged. One victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the suspect is outstanding. Phoenix Police Department Homicide detectives have responded to the scene and are assuming command of the investigation. An extensive crime scene was established. Detectives are expected to remain at the scene for several hours as the investigation unfolds.
