Autopilot Fails and Collides With Tractor

Info from Licensor: "I spilled my Celsius while driving on autopilot, and I was over riding the speed due to it not registering at the speed limit of 60 mph. The car was going 20mph. The car will not brake when doing so. The tractor was working the field and pulled out into the road. At 7:50am while I was on my way to work. Typically the tractors go completely onto the grass, however there was a sign stopping it. The car was cut open and there was no whiplash or injuries."
