Flash Flooding in Chester, AR covers bridge
After 4 days of historic rainfall including rain from today the bridges are covered with water and log jams continue to be a problem, causing many to have to make alternate routes to get to work. Very unsafe and on the bridge there’s been more than one fatality due to the lack of protection on the sides of it, and people end up driving off thinking they’re on the road.
