VARIOUS OF AMBULANCES ARRIVING GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE - MAY 27: Healthcare workers and injured people working at Al-Awda Hospital have been evacuated due to the intensified Israeli attacks on Tuesday (May 27). A total of seven injured people, their companions and 54 medical personnel were evacuated from Al-Awda and Indonesia Hospitals in the Tal Al-Zaatar region of northern Gaza. The evacuation operation carried out by the Palestinian Red Crescent and the World Health Organization (WHO) teams. The Palestinians, who were taken by ambulances and buses, were transferred to the branch of Al-Awda Hospital in the Nusairat Refugee Camp in the central Gaza Strip. Also, at least 970 Palestinians have been killed and more than 7,000 injured in attacks by the Israeli army and illegal settlers across the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. The International Court of Justice declared last July that Israel’s longstanding occupation of Palestinian territories is illegal, and called for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
