Family fulfills singer relative's last request to have disco at his funeral
A family threw a disco-themed funeral to honour their late relative singer's final wish.
The bereaved family performed an unusual farewell by turning the deceased's funeral into a vibrant, rave-like party celebration in Chanthaburi, Thailand.
Bizarre footage shows the lively atmosphere, with visitors and relatives dancing to the upbeat music, and the altar changing colours to red and green alternately on January 9.
His family said that the deceased was a cheerful party singer who made a living performing at events and was known for his fun-loving nature.
Before passing, he left specific instructions for no sadness, no black clothes, and no mournful songs.
He asked for colourful outfits, spotlights, and his personal sound system to be used during the ceremony.
Only joyful music was allowed, and guests were encouraged to dance and celebrate his life.
His family honoured his wishes completely, creating a unique and heartfelt tribute.
