This is the heartwarming moment a stray dog that was stuck in car park railings was rescued.

A mallgoer spotted the hapless brown canine lying on the barrier between the metal railings in the parking area in Chanthaburi, Thailand.

The pooch was seen trying to lower its hind legs to get down. However, the hesitant animal seemed too scared to move, fearing it might fall to the ground.

Upon seeing the struggling dog stranded, the concerned onlooker called a security guard to help free it from the railings.

His colleague also arrived and quickly volunteered to assist.

Footage shows the worker carefully lifting and pulling the dog inward by holding its waist while the woman supported its head during the process on May 17.

One of the rescuers comforted the visibly scared and trembling canine.

The stray dog reportedly did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
