Moggy sleeps on a pile of cat nip and he is happy
This is the amusing moment a moggy was spotted sleeping on a pile of catnip, seemingly in a state of euphoria.
Pet owner Parinan Kaewklum saw her one-year-old cat, named Taro, lounging on the floor and lying on the plant at a store in Khon Kaen, Thailand.
Footage shows the orange feline lying on its back with all four limbs stretched out, exposing his belly on May 19.
Parinan attempted to wake the animal up, but it remained motionless, with only its tail subtly wiggling.
Catnip contains a compound called nepetalactone, which triggers a euphoric response in cats. It often makes them roll, purr, or act playful before becoming sleepy or relaxed.
