Cyclist knocks down park barrier and flees without reporting damage

He briefly inspects the damage, seemingly checking if he can push the security bar back into place.
Realising it will not budge, he climbs back onto his bike and pedals away on Saturday, May 24.
Local authorities are trying to identify the cyclist and have appealed to the public for help.
