US, Phoenix: Phoenix McDowell Road Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision
Phoenix, United States - June 02, 2025 06/02/2025 01:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix Fire Department personnel responded to reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision on McDowell Road just west of 67th Avenue. One adult male pedestrian was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition after being struck by a white Buick sedan. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with officers during the course of their investigation. A hard closure was established for McDowell Road while officers conducted their investigation. The closure was established on the west side of the 67th Avenue intersection and stretched approximately one block to the west.
