"Professional girlfriend" paid to go on £8.5k yacht date - and brought four friends
A "professional girlfriend" was paid £2k to go on a £8.5k yacht date by a rich client - who even let her bring her MATES."
Ruby Jade, 24, works full-time as a dancer in a strip club but is paid to go on dates with private clients as a side hustle.
Calling herself a 'professional girlfriend', she is showered with thousands of dollars of gifts and treats as well as luxurious dinners and trips.
In her latest adventure she was invited by an uber-wealthy client to join him on his YACHT for a luxury date.
They docked to visit a posh beach club for five-star food - and paid her £2,000 (2,700 AUS$) for the privilege.
He even let her bring four friends to enjoy the experience too - and she estimates one day with her set him back over £8,500 (18,000 AUS$).
Ruby, from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, said: "When we spoke, he sent me £952 (2000 AUS$) within 10 minutes."
"I realised he was serious - he even told me to bring some friends."
"We met him and he pointed to this giant yacht."
"He took us two a private island and the catering team made us a whole charcuterie board and endless cocktails."
"Then we got off the boat and went to this VIP booth of a beach club where he ordered about 20 people's worth of food and champagne."
"The tab could have been £4,670 (10K AUS$) the way he was throwing money around."
"Then when we left he sent me another £330 (700 AUS$) for Ubers and drinks for the rest of our night!"
"The best part - he can't wait to see me again!"
Ruby said this was her first time meeting a client after they connected on Hinge.
She said he responded to her prompt saying 'if you have a yacht, swipe right'.
They arranged a day to meet at his yacht - April 12 - and told her to bring friends if she'd like.
Ruby said she makes it explicitly clear that she is paid for her time, and while her work is categorised as 'sex work', she never does any sexual acts with clients.
She said: "He said he'd sort a catering team and bartenders and that he just wanted me to have fun with my friends."
"He paid for all of our Ubers and showed us to the yacht."
"At first he pointed to this little blue life raft - I thought 'oh my God, you're joking' before he pointed to the giant yacht."
"The yacht had two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors, with a whole living room and a crew."
Ruby said she and her friends sunbathed on the deck taking glam photos before the group enjoyed a huge platter of meats and pastries with cocktails.
She said: "He told me 'whatever you need, the bartenders can make it'."
"We were having cocktails about every ten minutes."
When the docked at the beach club they were taken to a VIP booth and a huge charcuterie board and sashimi platter were brought to the table.
Alongside that were bottles of fancy champagne with sparklers and shots.
Ruby said: "Whatever we wanted, he said 'just put it on the tab.'"
"He wouldn't even look at the menu."
"Most of the day, he was just chatting with his friends and my friends and I hung out."
Ruby estimates, based on what he paid her for her time, alongside food, drinks, VIP access, yacht crew and the excursion, the day could have set him back as much as £8.5k (18,000 AUS$).
She said he is in his 40s and was secretive about his work, but he owns a series of successful businesses.
Ruby said: "I'm kind of delusional, I didn't even know a day could cost that much."
"I can't comprehend it!"
"He has invited me for dinner a few times since - he basically said we can go whenever I want."
"And he hasn't expected anything in return."
"We did discuss a trip to Bali - maybe he'd take my friends too!"
