Police confirm human remains found after murder investigation launched following an appeal for missing woman
Derbyshire police have today confirmed the finding of human remains at a property on Princess Street, Pear Tree, Derby. Derbyshire police launched a murder investigation and appealed for information late last month after information came to light about missing woman Izabela Helena Zablocka who was originally from poland but had come to Derby in 2009. In 2010 contact between her and relatives was lost.
Forensics were seen at the property today in a back garden where the remains are believed to have been found. Within the garden an excavator and two forensics tents can be seen alongside a number of bags of material.
