Jens Laerke, spokesperson for the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), told the media that Gaza is the only defined territory in the world where the entire population faces the risk of famine. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said Monday that he was appalled by the killing and maiming of Palestinians at the aid distribution center in Gaza.
