Adorable moment tot captured practicing superman pose
This is the adorable moment a toddler was captured using the oven door as a mirror to practice his Superman pose.
Luca Tompkins, who is almost three, was caught on camera donning a red cape and striking his best superhero stance.
The heartwarming video shows the little boy confidently mimicking his favourite superhero - a routine his parents say is part of daily life.
Luca often dresses up as Batman, Spider-Man, or Superman and is currently obsessed with the 1978 Superman movie starring Christopher Reeve.
Mum Natalie Bakhurst, 31, said superhero play is a regular part of family life with Luca involving everyone in his games, including his baby sister and the family dog.
Natalie, a TV producer from Hitchin, Hertfordshire, said: "Luca is just hugely into superheroes, especially wearing capes."
"It's not the first time he's done this but it was such a perfect little moment."
"He didn't even know he was being filmed."
"My husband and I were just laughing. "
"He's always asking to put a cape on the dog"
so we use a tea towel and even his sister, who's only three months old.
"We wrap a scarf around her and he thinks it's the best thing ever."
