RAW FOOTAGE: Police threaten to ticket me for honking/saying get off phone

Buy video

This IS RAW so it doesn't seem like I'm hiding what I did.
That means you get my bag singing and some small bits of me talking to myself.
I love the police. I respect what they do, but the badge doesn't make them more capable behind the wheel.
This hit the news today
http://kdvr.com/2016/06/09/motorcyclist-records-road-rage-exchange-with-denver-officer/

I came up to a car stopped at a yield sign on their phone and honked. When they didn’t even bother to look at me I honked longer so I could motion that they get off the phone. Then the asshole jumps out and turns out to be a cop who feels that he isn’t breaking a law by stopping and using his phone in traffic.
If the argument is that he needs to be able to check it on the go then ill point out he wasn’t going. If he can stop in traffic he can stop on the side of the road.
If you’re stopped at a light or a stop sign YOU'RE STILL OPERATING A VEHICLE.
If you took your foot off the brake would the vehicle move? Then you are the operator, operating the machine. And operating a car and a phone at the same time is illegal.

Then you have every car behind me honking at your stupid ass for blocking traffic.

I put forward that YOU jumping out of your car to tell me your allowed to block traffic to look at your phone is ROAD RAGE.

7:30 - ALSO in court my word will hold weight against yours.
They assume the motorcycle means degenerate and they play on that in court to demonize riders.

A NEWS REPORT ABOUT YOU- DOING YOU
