Info from Licensor: "My neighbor's 90's junker car has a modified exhaust system. I can hear her car idle in my house, it's so much worse when she starts driving. I just moved here and wasn't sure whose car it was. She pulled up one day so I walked up the street and took one photo of her license plate. She saw me take the photo and started going off. Her family heard her going off and came outside as well. The dad was immediately furious but didn't really understand what had happened, he started saying I was on their property. I was standing on a public road maintained by the city. I started recording because their reactions were increasingly ridiculous for such a small issue."
