Los Angeles, United States - June 11, 2025 06/11/2025 03:45 am GMT-0700 DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Central Division officers with the Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports of a deceased male on the sidewalk near the intersection of 6th Street and Spring. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man, approximately 25 years old, who was not conscious and was having difficulty breathing. He had a laceration on his neck. Los Angeles Fire Department personnel were requested and, upon arrival, declared the man deceased at the scene. Officers have since established a crime scene in the area and are canvassing for witnesses and evidence. Authorities are searching for a suspect described as a Black male wearing a gray sweater and dark pants. The weapon used in the incident was a sharp object.
