Protestors in Dearborn Michigan take to the streets for No Kings Day as part of nation wide protests

Participants young and old gathered in Dearborn, Mi., to protest the Trump administration in what has come to be called No Kings Day.
This city of just over 100,000 residents is home to the largest population of those with Middle Eastern heritage outside of the Middle East. Surprisingly in the 2024 presidential election, Donald Trump was able to flip this community and come out the winner. A community which strongly supported President Joe Biden in 2020.
For this reason, the turnout at the protest and the strong support from passing drivers on Michigan Ave. perhaps illustrates the low approval rating Pres. Trump is now garnering across the nation and from most of the electorate.
