This is the hilarious moment a lively tour guide mimicked a drone for an awesome holiday video.

Footage shows the energetic guide named Jan Paul zipping around the group as they struck poses at the Dingalan Aurora Feeder Port in Aurora, the Philippines, on May 31.

Determined to get the perfect aerial-style shots without a drone, the dedicated tour guide was seen running toward the group and backing away smoothly, mimicking the movement of a flying camera.

He also tumbled on the ground twice to imitate a sky cam's swooping motion with dizzying spins, prompting fits of laughter and applause from the hikers.

Another clip showed the final video featuring dramatic sky-to-ground transitions before panning toward the group as they waved at the lens.

The clip ended with one final sweeping pan across the group as they called for another roll.

Tourist Divine Espinoza said: 'Our tour guide was really funny and hands-on when it came to taking pictures and videos. We couldn't get over how enthusiastic he was.'
