Citing two sources familiar with the matter, the report said Noem has remained conscious while at the hospital and has been in communication with her security detail. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin told Anadolu that Noem was transported to the hospital "out of an abundance of caution" after experiencing "an allergic reaction."
