Los Angeles, United States - June 18, 2025 06/17/2025 11:00 pm GMT-0700 CENTRAL-ALAMEDA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police and fire departments responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of 50th Street and Central Avenue. Upon arrival, authorities found one person deceased at the scene. There may have been another victim who was transported to an area hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. Officers from the LAPD's Newton division established a crime scene in the area. According to police, at least one suspect fired several rounds from a rifle and was last seen walking westbound away from the location. No further information has been provided at this time.
