The suspect is described as wearing a white shirt, red shorts, black shoes, and a black baseball cap. Authorities arrived to find the victim lying on the ground and bleeding from multiple wounds. He was conscious and breathing when paramedics arrived and was subsequently transported to the hospital. The victim's current condition is unknown. Officers cordoned off the scene and quickly relayed descriptions of the suspect to nearby officers. Neighbors noted that the area had been unusually quiet prior to the incident, despite recreational vehicles parked across the street from a newly built luxury apartment complex.
