On the agenda are talks about "Swedish-American cooperation, security and current geopolitical challenges", according to Swedish Foreign Ministry. In addition, the Minister for Foreign Affairs will sign an agreement with the U.S. that enables American companies to export advanced space technology to Sweden. "Sweden looks forward to continuing to develop cooperation with the USA and strengthening the long-term relationships between our countries in strategically important issues for our common security", said Malmer Stenergard in the press release before her visit.
