Phoenix, United States - June 21, 2025 06/20/2025 08:00 pm GMT-0700 TEMPE, Ariz. – On Friday evening, roughly 50 people gathered in downtown Tempe to continue the second week of demonstrations against ICE operations and the Trump administration. Protestors waved signs and flags from the sidewalks at the intersection of Mill Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway. At one point, a confrontation broke out between a passenger in a car at the red light and several demonstrators. Once the light turned green, the vehicle sped away. A projector was set up to project various messages on the side of the Hayden Flour Mill.
