This is the wholesome moment a loving husband waved at the CCTV so his wife could see him leave for an early morning flight.

Arth Matanguihan quietly slipped out to avoid waking his partner, Hannah, before his 5am flight from Manila, the Philippines.

But not wanting to leave without a tender moment, he glanced up at the security camera and waved goodbye, knowing that she would watch it back later that day.

A passing car triggered the motion detection system, causing the camera to pan away, but he was later seen riding a taxi in front of their home.

Hannah said: 'Ladies, please don't settle for anything less than this.

‘I told him I would drive him to the airport, but he refused because I had work at 8 am. He wanted me to get more rest.

‘Before leaving, he kissed me gently, whispered goodbye and kissed me again and again.

‘I was half asleep and didn't manage to get up. In the morning, I checked the camera playback.

‘I was teary-eyed when I saw him waving over and over. My heart melted. He is truly the answer to my prayers.'
