US, Los Angeles: Hacienda Heights Semi Trailer Overturns on Eastbound 60 Freeway Part 2
Los Angeles, United States - June 24, 2025 06/24/2025 01:52 am GMT-0700 HACIENDA HEIGHTS, Calif. – Authorities in Hacienda Heights are investigating a hit-and-run incident involving an overturned semi-trailer. The California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a 911 call about the crash on the eastbound 60 Freeway at the Azusa Avenue on-ramp. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the semi-trailer blocking the on-ramp and impacting the fourth and third lanes of the freeway. The driver of the semi fled the scene in an unknown direction. Due to the obstruction, only the carpool lane and the fast lane remained open for eastbound traffic. A Sig Alert was issued while the investigation continues. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
