TEMPE, Ariz. — Officer William Stevens of the Tempe Police Department is being recognized for an act of compassion during a recent call for service.
While responding to the incident, Officer Stevens encountered an unsheltered man and chose to go above and beyond by purchasing him a meal from Burger King.
