Demonstrations were held in major cities including Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Mainz, Wuppertal, Düsseldorf, Bonn and Cologne, where taxi drivers formed convoys to express opposition to app-based private transport services. Protesters accused the platforms of undercutting prices and called for equal conditions instead of price cuts. In Cologne, more than 500 taxis gathered at the Deutzer Werft dockyard, disrupting traffic on several streets as they moved in a coordinated convoy.
