Thai woman arrested for filming public sex videos for online subscriptions
A Thai woman was arrested for allegedly filming public sex videos for online subscriptions.
Nong Patthamaporn, 26, was said to have recorded a series of explicit videos showing her engaging in outdoor romps.
The explicit clips were shared to her social media as teasers to advertise her private channel.
Police raided her apartment room in Bangkok on Tuesday, July 1, after tracing the explicit footage to her online account.
Footage shows Technology Crime Suppression Division officers detaining the tall amateur porn creator, seen in the video wearing a short checkered dress with a plunging neckline barely containing her chest.
Authorities also seized a silver iPhone 12 Pro Max reportedly used to shoot the public sex acts.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Ekkaphon Sangarun of the Technology Crime Suppression Division 1 said: 'The suspect admitted that she used her phone to record pornographic videos.
‘We seized it and handed it over to the inquiry officer for further legal action. During questioning, the suspect admitted to all charges.'
Patthamaporn was charged with importing obscene computer data into a system where it is publicly accessible.
If found guilty, she could face penalties including up to five years in prison, a fine of up to 100,000 baht (2,300 GBP), or both.
She also faces charges for disseminating or forwarding this computer data despite knowing it to be obscene.
The penalty includes up to two years in prison, a fine of up to 2,000 baht (45 GBP), or both.
