INJURED PALESTINIAN SPEAKING TO REPORTER (Arabic) GAZA, PALESTINE - JULY 4: Israeli army attacks across the Gaza Strip killed at least 64 Palestinians on Friday, including 20 people who were waiting for humanitarian aid as Tel Aviv escalated its genocidal war on the enclave, medics said. In one of the deadliest incidents of the day, 15 people were killed and 90 more injured while waiting for food assistance near the al-Tahlia Roundabout in eastern Khan Younis in southern Gaza, a medical source told Anadolu. Five civilians were shot dead near an aid distribution center in northwestern Rafah in southern Gaza. The bodies of the dead and injured were transferred to Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat Camp. The latest attacks came just one day after more than 100 Palestinians were killed across the Gaza Strip, including 51 people who lost their lives while waiting for humanitarian aid, according to local reports. Despite international calls for a ceasefire, the Israeli army has pursued a genocidal war on Gaza, killing more than 57,100 Palestinians, most of them women and children, since October 2023. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
