US, Los Angeles: Chatsworth Hiker Rescued After Knee Injury in Stoney Point Park
Los Angeles, United States - July 05, 2025 07/05/2025 02:30 pm GMT-0700 CHATSWORTH, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Rescue teams contacted a 30-year-old female hiker Saturday afternoon after she suffered a knee dislocation at Stoney Point Park. The injured woman was about 500 feet up a steep climb when rescuers reached her. Due to the nature of her injury, they prepared for an airlift to transport her to a nearby hospital. At the time of the incident, she was with a friend, who was safely escorted down the mountain by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
