**REPORT OF SCENE:** LAPD Newton Division pursed a stolen vehicle suspect through the 110 Freeway and eventually came to an end at Sierra Madre Blvd & E Foothill Blvd in the City of Pasadena. LAPD attempted a pit maneuver, the suspect vehicle continued and eventually collided with a civilian bystander driving. The civilian bystander suffered injuries and was transported to the hospital by the Pasadena Fire Dept. The Pasadena Police Dept. responded to assist LAPD in road closure. All northbound traffic of Sierra Madre Blvd was shut down. All westbound traffic of E Foothill Blvd was shut down.
