Firemen remove four metal rings from patient, 49, after sex game gone wrong
Firefighters battled to remove four metal rings from a patient after a sex game went wrong.
The emergency crew were called to assist Dudung, 49, who was rushed to the hospital in West Java, Indonesia, on July 9.
When firemen arrived, they were shocked to discover that the steel accessories were not stuck on Dudung's fingers but on his swollen penis.
The workers initially struggled and nearly gave up after failing to remove the four rings lodged around Dudung's phallus.
He was then taken to Ciamis Regional General Hospital, where the removal continued under the guidance of a medical team.
Fery Rochwandi, Head of the Fire Department at the Ciamis Regency Public Order Agency, said: 'The victim's family noticed swelling in his genitals. They also saw he was in pain when urinating, so they felt sorry for him and asked him what was wrong.
'That was when he told them about the metal rings he had put on his genitals while playing a game.'
The removal process was carried out carefully. Officers used a bottle of water to minimise sparks while cutting through the rings with a small grinder.
Footage shows Dudung lying on a hospital bed with his legs spread as rescuers remove the objects using a rotary tool.
After 45 minutes, all the rings were successfully removed, and the patient received medical treatment for the swelling.
Ferry added: 'All the rings were successfully cut and removed. The victim is safe and he received antibiotics to prevent any infection.'
Authorities said the exact circumstances surrounding the bizarre incident were unclear, but the family stated that Dudung had used the rings himself around six days earlier.
