Tourists enjoy fire spinning at Full Moon Party in Thailand
Revellers took turns fire spinning during the infamous Full Moon Party on a beach in Thailand.
Footage shows one daring tourist handling a flaming ball at Koh Pha Ngan island in Surat Thani province on June 11.
He stepped onto a ledge to do a fire poi dance before moving down to the sand to continue twirling.
Crowds watched from a safe distance as he suddenly flung the fireball into the air prompting locals to quickly intervene.
Visitor Rory Hughes said: ‘This is one of the many interesting things that happened during the Full Moon celebration in Koh Pha Ngan.'
Koh Pha Ngan is known as a 'hippie paradise' for its serene beaches, spiritual retreats, and bohemian communities drawn to its natural beauty. The island's combination of yoga schools, vegan cafes, and psychedelic Full Moon Parties has made it a popular tourist destination since the 1980s.
