Los Angeles, United States - July 13, 2025 07/13/2025 02:42 am GMT-0700 Downtown Los Angeles, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of 7th and Alameda Streets. Upon arrival, crews found a sedan that had crashed into a pole and sheared off a fire hydrant. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene. LAFD then requested assistance from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to help shut off the water, as they were unable to do so on their own.
