Brown Deer Boy Serves Lemonade to Officers After Hours
BROWN DEER, Wis. — A young resident’s simple act of kindness brought smiles to local officers on a hot summer day.
On July 12, Keaton, a child from Brown Deer, invited officers from the Brown Deer Police Department to his lemonade stand via a Facebook post. Due to several service calls, officers were unable to stop by during his official business hours.
But Keaton didn’t let that stop him.
After closing up shop, he still welcomed officers with open arms and cold lemonade. Officers praised his generosity and thanked him for the refreshing treat—especially on a warm and humid afternoon.
"Thanks for the delicious lemonade, Keaton!" the department wrote on Facebook.
