A family who live in three different time zones were reunited after 18 months apart when the eldest daughter flew back to surprise her siblings.

Amelie Morton, 21, is living in Switzerland to attend law school but flew back to the UK when she found out all her siblings were in the UK.

Her sister's Skyy, 14, and Aspen, three live in Norfolk with mum Brianna, 38, and dad Thomas, 32, a tech sergeant in the US Air Force, who has been stationed in the UK for the last three years.

Amelie's brother Seth, 15, lives in Kansas, US, most of the year with Brianna's mum Becky, 65.

But on July 3 the family were reunited.

Brianna, a content creator, said: "The last time we were all together was two Christmases ago."

"It's always a lot of fun with my son here with us, and we try to get our Amelie to surprise them as they never know when she's coming."

"I wish I grew up with the opportunity to travel."

"I wish I could be selfish and have them all staying with me but they're all thriving so as a mum it makes me so happy they get to do that."

"I will say we are a very close knit family and it has been very hard."

"I want to be a momma bear sometimes but I just can't, sometimes you have got to let them learn on their own"."

Brianna said the reunion of all four siblings was "very emotional". "

"Especially my daughter Skyy was extremely surprised. "

"Earlier in the day I told her that her sister was going to Paris. "

"There were lots of tears, but happy tears". "

The family have had a "really great experience" living in the UK."

"We've seen so much of this island," Brianna said."

"We love the food here it's just more healthy compared to American food"."

The family next hope to see each other at Christmas, but Brianna has "no clue" when they will next see each other if not. "

The family are set to move onto their next station in July 2026.
