The video, shared by Sarai Gabrielle on Instagram, shows her husband nervously flipping the pan after chilling the dessert overnight. With their two kids cheering him on, the flan slides out flawlessly, prompting an explosion of joy, disbelief, and pure celebration. The clip has since garnered over 11 million views.

My husband loves to bake. This was his third attempt at making flan. It takes a lot of prep and chills overnight. Once it was chilled and ready to be served, he asked me to record the reveal to see how well (or bad) it turned out. With overwhelming support from myself and our two kids, he flipped the pan to reveal a perfect flan. He is filled with so much joy and laughter. It has inspired and brought happiness to many.
