This is the hilarious moment workers lost control of a cart while carrying it down a ramp.

CCTV footage shows two men moving stacks of ceramic tiles on the trolley down the sloped pathway in Henan, China.

One of the employees can be seen holding the handle at the front while his colleague supports the other end of the cart.

However, as they descended, the heavy load shifted, causing the container to tilt and speed forward.

The man in front was suddenly lifted into the air with his feet dangling as he clung to the bar, while the tiles tumbled to the ground, some breaking into pieces.

His co-worker struggled to keep the cart steady but eventually let go.

The quick-thinking man managed to veer away to avoid colliding with a nearby parked electric vehicle and safely lowered himself after regaining control.

He reportedly did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
