A first date in Kootenai County, Idaho, took a dramatic turn when Truly Elliott witnessed a near-death experience unfold on a bridge — and captured the moment in a video that has since gone viral with over a million views on Instagram.

Elliott and her date were walking toward the bridge when they saw three men jump into the water below. Moments later, a fourth man prepared to leap, just as a boat passed beneath. Elliott began filming as the man jumped, narrowly missing the vessel and landing in the water just seconds before impact.

I was on a first date and 3 guys jumped off a bridge and got caught by security. When i walked up to the bridge there was one more guy about to jump off and i recorded it. Next thing you know, There was almost someone that died on the first date
