Shop staff flee as earthquake shakes buildings in Myanmar

Staff are seen on CCTV fleeing from a shoe shop during an earthquake in Myanmar on July 18.

The magnitude 5.4 quake struck around 49 miles (79 km) north of Mandalay at around 4pm local time. It had a depth of 6km, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).

In March, 5,352 residents were killed and 11,366 were injured when a magnitude 7.7 earthquake hit the Sagaing Region of Myanmar. Hundreds of people are still missing.
