According to a broadcast from the California Highway Patrol, the suspects are described as individuals between the ages of 13 and 17, and they were wearing face masks. Four vehicles were involved in the incident: a red Alfa Romeo, a white Dodge Charger, a Mercedes hatchback, and a champagne Buick sedan with a dealer plate. The suspects used a hammer and an axe during the robbery, which was executed as a smash-and-grab. The total estimated loss from the crime is between $300,000 and $500,000 in purses and jewelry.
