TikTok creator ‘joon__yer’ turned a rainy morning in Paris into a cinematic love story when he proposed to his girlfriend using a "Kamehameha blast" from "Dragon Ball Z", right in front of the Eiffel Tower.

The couple had planned to catch the sunrise at the iconic landmark, but the weather had other plans.
