Footage shows fitness enthusiast Tik, 66, showing off her workout routine and displaying her flexibility through calisthenics workouts.
The pensioner, from Ubon Ratchathani, performed ab exercises, squats, push-ups, and stretching, among other functional exercises.
She said she started working out and adopting a healthy lifestyle at the age of 64.
She said: 'I love what I am doing, and I feel healthier than ever.'
Seniors who continue to exercise experience numerous health benefits, including prevention of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, or osteoporosis. Regular exercise also strengthens immunity, boosts energy, and improves mood.
