The five women were gathered for lunch at a restaurant where Natalie Limbo gave each of them a gift box in Calabarzon, the Philippines.

Footage shows the girls expressing a mix of shock and joy upon opening the present, with three of them laughing while covering their faces in disbelief.

Each box contained a note that read ‘Will you be my godmother?' along with a pair of baby mittens to reveal Natalie's news.
