Anusara 'App' Keanngam has been taking care of her 84-year-old grandmother in their home in Ang Thong Province.

Time-lapse footage shows App's daily routine of caring for her disabled grandmother, including bathing her.

She is seen cleaning the bathroom floor and laying down a clean body towel before carefully carrying the infirm pensioner into the bathroom.

She gently washed her grandmother's body and hair, then lifts the old woman and takes her to another room to change her clothes.

App said: 'I love my grandmother a lot. I know she is old, and I want to spend as much time as possible with her while she is here with us.'
