US, Phoenix: Phoenix Fire Department Apparatus Involved In Collision
Phoenix, United States - July 23, 2025 07/22/2025 09:05 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix Fire Department Heavy Rescue 41 was involved in a collision on 43rd Avenue just north of Monte Cristo Avenue on Tuesday evening. The collision occurred shortly after 9 pm when a silver passenger car was struck on the driver's side by the fire truck. Firefighters evaluated the single occupant of the passenger car, who ultimately declined medical aid. No fire personnel sustained any injuries. The front bumper of the fire truck had minor damage from the collision. Police temporarily closed northbound 43rd Avenue as the damage to both the fire truck and the passenger car was documented.
